Product controls
The quality of our products is guaranteed by an advanced control system and complete traceability. Each of our individual castings is uniquely identified with a serial number that allows us to reconstruct its history, production parameters, and production materials.
In our laboratories, we perform a series of specific checks that allow us to certify compliance with the required standards:
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
- Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
- Visual Testing (VT)
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
- Advanced dimensional checks performed with 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM)

The certification UNI EN ISO 9001 It certifies the quality of our management system, ensuring controlled production processes, product traceability, and maximum reliability throughout the entire supply chain. We are an Approved Manufacturer by Lloyd’s Register for the production of ductile iron castings up to 1,100 kg.
Furthermore, we operate in compliance with the PED 2014/68/EU directive, which regulates the production of pressure equipment, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.
We have also adopted the UNI EN ISO 50001 certification, which promotes efficiency and the continuous improvement of energy performance, contributing to the reduction of consumption and environmental impact.
